Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 4-24/48 hours of your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of your appointment value. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or no-shows are subject to a fee of 100% of your appointment value.

Arriving Late

Clients arriving 20 minutes late or more to their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule and are subject to a fee of 100% of their appointment value.


Due to high appointment demand, many of our services require a deposit to secure a booking. The deposit amount varies by service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits will be applied to the cost of your service at the time the service is rendered. The deposit may be forfeited due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. Age Restrictions

Lashes to Lashes has an age requirement of 18 years of age for any of our services offered.
